Abstract

This bachelor thesis work characterizes state and municipal policy of housing. Briefly I am describe housing policy for the territory of the Bohemia and Moravia during 19th and 20 century ,and which went through different phases. Next I am presenting subjects that have an influence on housing of state and municipal levels , also implement which subject to use and how to meet the targets set. The difference between municipal housing policy and social structure from local point of view. The cause for these differences is usually management , and the way they use municipal flats, and the manner of selected targets and implements on the decision of village . Major target of this work is to analyze implement of housing policy for City Uherske Hradiste ,and their comparison . Of the implement choosed I privatization of housing fund, appartments renting , and property tax .
