Požární bezpečnost památkově chráněných objektů

Abstract

This diploma thesis deals with the issue of heritage protected buildings in terms of fire protection which are affected by changes in use, a restoration, replacement of the structure, renovation of the facade or installation. The diploma thesis is divided into 9 chapters. In the first chapter are listed basic terms and some definition, which are being used in thesis. The second chapter contains fires of heritage protected buildings, which has occured in Czech Repuclic and other countries of Europe Union. This chapter further deals with statistical monitoring of fires in heritage protected buildings in the Czech Republic. Other chapters of the diploma thesis deal with the analysis of the current technical condition in relation to fire safety of historic buildings in the Czech Republic, possible approches and methods, which are needed for solving of fire safety in heritage protected buildings in response to scope of their modification and intervation in changing of the layout of buildings, its use and construction, security measures, the procedure of fighting the fire of heritage protected buildings and the legislative and normative framework in terms of fire protection of heritage protected buildings. The findings from the analytical part of the work are summarized in the end. Based on these findings, it is recommended that the legislative and normative framework need to be update in relation to possible solutions in terms of the application of fire safety requirements for buildings in relation to heritage protected buildings.
