Abstract
The aim of this thesis is design possible solutions for a question how to redukce costs of main products of travel agency CK Vávra and simultaneously assess established solutions. Method of analysis is used for finding possible solutions. All costs criterias are evaluated by analysis and simultaneously in this text are indicated specific ways how to achieve its optimization. In the practical part is paid attention to detailed pricing of three products – Slovakia, Croatia and Italy to aplly previous analysis in practice.
