Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is create a transport system of the granulate in a manufacturing company with a focusing on the correct loading material into drying equipment. At the beginning is described the reason for the introduction of the material loading control in the production plant of the plastic pressing plant and the possibility of collecting this data. Further there is described the production technology of granulate and description of drying equipment and granulate transport system. In the next section is explained the procedure of creating an application for the control of materials loading and record collection is performed In the conclusion of this work is described the introduction of the application into production and evaluation of benefits.
