Atraktivnost průmyslových zón a rozvojových území vhodných k podnikání v Jihomoravském kraji

Abstract

This thesis is focused on the attractiveness of industrial zones and development areas suitable for business in the Southern Moravian region. The aim of this work is evaluate their attractiveness in term of their offer (area, ownership, technical and transport links, etc.).

The first chapter is dedicated to a general analysis of this issue. There are explained basic conceptions related to the industrial zones, including the activity of the agency CzechInvest in this area. At the end of this chapter is given a basic characteristic of the Southern Moravian region, to whose industrial zones is this work focused on.

The another part of the work deals with the possibilities of support of industrial zones of the Southern Moravian region through programming documents. Programs of support are separated by sources of finances at national, regional and EU.

In the third chapter is given an evaluation of the attractiveness of industrial zones in the Southern Moravian region according to their offer. There are described individual industrial zones. It is also described the methodology for evaluating the attractiveness of these industrial zones.
