Systém financování veřejných vysokých škol v České republice

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to find deficiencies in current system of public universities financing and to outline possible ways to eliminate them. Development of tertiary education since 1989 up to date is characterized in theoretical part. Development of legislation and financing in this field is described here. Empiric part of the thesis is devoted mainly to current way of public universities financing. This part is also focused on finding the deficiencies. Possible solutions of their elimination are recommended Final part involves practical functioning of the financing using the examples of two public universities.
