Využití strukturální pomoci Evropské unie na příkladu vybraného projektu v programovacím období 2007-2013

Abstract

EU Membership of the Czech Republic has brought the opportunity to draw finances from the EU structural funds. The aim of the thesis is characterization of methods used for preparation and realization of projects co-financed by the EU structural funds and description of using of these theoretical procedures in the case of a realized project. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical basis of the EU Regional Policy and methods of the project management. The second part focuses on the basic characteristics of the Regional Operational Programme NUTS II Moravia Silesia and socio-economic analysis of the region. The third part describes the use of the structural aid in the case of specific project from the ROP Moravia Silesia and call for proposals no. 2.1 – 08 for the submission of the grant application within the ROP Moravia Silesia 2007-2013.
