Etika v obchodní politice velkých a středních podniků

Abstract

This diploma thesis “The Ethics in business policy of big and medium sized companies“ deals with the actual problems of sustaining ethics policy. The first chapter informs the reader of this issue and acquaints them with ethics and components of moral understanding. I then attend to business ethics, its brief development, the role of business ethics etc. The diploma then talks about corporate social responsiblity, moral expanse, business policy and forms of unethical behaviour. The next chapter deals with the practical parts of this issue. Research is included which refers to sustaining ethics policy of big and medium sized companies in the Czech Republic. I focus specifically on managers of big and medium sized companies, employees, suppliers and small companies.
