Abstract
This dissertation is focused on financial analysis of the works. The thesis is devided into three parts. The first part determines theoretical bases and specify working methodology of the financial analysis. In the second part, the theoretical findings are applied to the selected facility. The third part is dedicated to identified facts presentation along with the proposals and recommended improvements and evaluation of the benefits for the facility.
