Kateřina Stejskalová, Ph.D. The subject of the bachelor's thesis is the preparation of project documentation for an apartment house in Pustějov. The documentation is processed at the construction stage according to the Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., as amended by No. 62/2013 Coll. and No. 405/2017 Coll. on building documentation [1] and contains a technical report, drawing documentation, thermal technical assessment of perimeter structures according to ČSN 73 0540-2 (2011) [12], acoustic assessment of structures according to ČSN 73 0532 (2020) [13] and static calculation of reinforced concrete staircase arm by ČSN EN 1991-1-1 (730035) [15] and ČSN EN 1992-1-1 (731201) [16]. It is a four-story non-basement building with a flat vegetated roof and twelve residential units. On the first floor, there are two barrier-free housing units for people with limited mobility.
