Abstract

The main theme of this bachelor thesis focuses on a trusteeship of a property and its management with an aim to distinguish state property and its control via The Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs in the period of 2008-2012. The government should leastwise possess financial means in such scope, diversity and quality in order to complete its function and provide its services to citizens and other entities to which it has responsibility due to its authority. The Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs is authorized to manage state property in compliance with valid regulation. The Office is frequently subject of proceedings at courts, arbitrators or permanent courts of arbitration, administration offices and other authorities in matters related to state property since the time of its foundation. It essentially happens in cases when the Office represents the state as authorized organizational organ or substituent for other organizational state organs which are responsible for management of actual property. Very significant activities of The Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs are administration, managing and disposing of state property. It represents the state as the state property owner when executing property relations issues. When taking care of state property, one of the main goals of The Office for Government Representation in Property Affairs is property realization. In other words, unnecessary property is conveyed to other entities.
