Abstract

The aim of this bachelor thesis is design a heating in low energy standard family house in two options. One of the options is heating the house by the heat pump ground – water, where the energy source is deep well. Second option is heating by the electric boiler. Both methods will be evaluated in therms of economic and enviromental. Building project is conceptually designed as a two-storey house with a combined roof consisting of saddle and flat parts. The first floor is part of an active daily zone, the second floor is designed as a quiet night zone. Part of this bachelor thesis is a technical assessment of building energy intensity and all materials necessary to complete design and construction. The final design fulfil all relevant standards ČSN and EN with regars to the desired comfort of residents.
