Využití mikroorganismů v testování genotoxicity

Abstract

This thesis describes usage of microscopic organisms in genotoxicity testing. It is split into three parts. In the beginning it describes importance of genotoxicity testing and contaminated parts of environment. Following part focus on detection of genotoxicity by usage of various organisms, for example bacteria, yeast, algae or microscopic crustacean. In this part it also evaluates different tests, how are they carried and their advantages and disadvantages. In the end it describes legislative documents, which defines exact procedure and usage of each individual test.
