Abstract
The theme of my diploma work is „The Economic Crisis Influence on a Small Size Entrepreneur“.
The aim of this diploma work is to analyze the rate of the economic crisis influence on a small size entrepreneur who carries business into the cargo transportation. The partial aim is analyzing macroenvironment, mezzoenvironment and microenvironment, where the entrepreneur operates. This analysis of contemporary state will be the base for proposition of the promotion how to rise the competitiveness of entrepreneur.
The diploma work contains three main parts. The first part is theoretical, its resource were the specialized publications. It describes the basic conceptions and methods which were used. The second one is a practical part, where the analysis of contemporary situation of entrepreneur through the use of strategic analysis will be used. Detected facts from this analysis will be the base for the last part of the diploma work with suggestions and recommendations.
