Posouzení procesu výběru zaměstnanců ve vybrané organizaci

Abstract

The bachelor's thesis focuses on the topic of "Process Assessment of the selection of employees in the selected organization" and deals with the issue of employee selection in the contributory organization Olomouc Zoo. The aim of the bachelor's thesis is to assess the employee selection process based on two surveys. One of the selected methods for the survey was a questionnaire survey of employees, where employees of the organization had the opportunity to anonymously state their opinions and evaluations of the selection process they themselves went through in a created questionnaire. The second method used to assess the process was an interview that took place with the economic deputy of the organization, who answered questions created specifically for this organization. The conclusion of the thesis presents suggestions and recommendations created on the basis of both aforementioned surveys. These suggestions and recommendations could be useful for the Olomouc Zoo in the future.
