Abstract

The topic of this diploma thesis is focused on the competitiveness evaluation of a retail company. In the theoretical part are defined the basic concepts, methods and approaches related to the given issue. In the practical part is first introduced the selected retail company and then are applied the individual methods of competitiveness analysis to it. At the end of the work there is an evaluation of the state of the company and there are suggested possible recommendations for improvement, which could contribute to increasing its competitiveness.
