Zhodnocení systému odměňování zaměstnanců v průmyslovém podniku

Abstract

Main aim of this bachelor thesis is evaluation of remuneration system of employess in industrial company. Thesis consists of theoretical part and practical part. Theoretic part introduces clarification of basic terms based on litarature dealing with the topic. Practical part presents company characteristics its remuneration system and application of methods such as SWOT analysis, written and verbal interviewing. Conclusion contains assesment of current situation of the company and subsequent recommendations.
