Abstract

The aim of this study is to assess the current state of society to the development of human potential and to suggest policy measures that would be in keeping with the strategy and culture in the organization. In the theoretical part of the work focuses on defining the basic concepts that relate to this isme. The practical part using qualitative methods (qualitative questionnaire and internaldocumentation) examined the existing approaches to the development of human potantial, but also the possibilities in this area the company has. Finally, a plan for and organization comprising several point sof advice.
