Vliv společné měny euro na zahraniční obchod Španělska

Abstract

Cílem této diplomové práce je posoudit vliv zavedení eura na zahraniční obchod Španělska. První část shrnuje teorie pojednávající o dané problematice a uvádí metodiku práce. V druhé části je analyzován ekonomický vývoj Španělska od vstupu do Evropských společenství po současnost s důrazem na ekonomickou krizi v letech 2008 až 2014. V praktické části práce je zvolený cíl řešen analýzou komoditní a teritoriální struktury španělských vývozů a PZI v období 1986 až po současnost. Hodnocení převážně vychází ze statistického porovnání zvolených ukazatelů v období před a po zavedení eura. Z celkové analýzy vyplývá, že zavedení jednotné měny má jednoznačně pozitivní účinek na obchodní výměnu Španělska, který však není soustředěn pouze na eurozónu, ale i na země mimo měnovou unii.

The main objective of this thesis is to assess the impact of common currency euro on Spain’s foreign trade. First part of the thesis sums up theories on the foreign trade and the common currency and states the methodology used in this work. Second part analysis the Spanish economic development since entering the European Communities to the present day. The selected problem was solved in the practical part of the thesis by analysing the commodity and territorial structure of Spanish export and FDI since 1986 to the present day. The conducted research shows that the introduction of the euro had positive effect on the Spanish trade. This effect is not only concentrated in the countries of Eurozone, but affects also Spanish trade outside of the monetary union.
