Abstract

This bachelor thesis deals with means of using unmanned aerial systems by the Fire Rescue Service of the Czech Republic. Types of drones available on market are described and sorted by various characteristics. It introduces legislation related to the usage of unmanned aerial vehicles and proposes legal solutions for using drones in emergency situations. In this thesis, incidents, which could be solved effectively with the use of drones, are defined. Bachelor thesis also consists of a proposal of equipment with unmanned aerial systems and their placement by Fire Rescue Service of Moravian-Silesian Region.
