Implementace GIT a GIS v podmínkách Hasičského záchranného sboru hl.m. Prahy

Abstract

Práce se podrobně zabývá problematikou implementace geografických informačních systémů a geoinformačních technologií v rámci HZS hl. m. Prahy. Práce se skládá ze dvou hlavních částí, analytické a návrhové. V analytické části jsou popsány obecné zákonitosti zavádění GIT/GIS, konstatována základní východiska, provedena analýza potřeb organizace a shrnutí současného stavu využívání GIS/GIT. V návrhové části je práce zaměřena zejména na podrobný rozbor datového skladu, softwarových a hardwarových potřeb organizace. Dále se práce zabývá organizačním kontextem plánovaného systému. Mezi základní východiska řešení dané problematiky patří problematika sdílení zdrojů a integrace s ostatními složkami HZS ČR, IZS a státní správy. Tento materiál by měl sloužit jako koncepční podklad při zpracovávání navazující projektové dokumentace.

The thesis addresses the issue of implementation of geographical information systems and geoinformation technology within the Fire and Rescue Brigade of the City of Prague. The thesis consists of two parts: Analysis and Proposal. In the Analysis, are described general principles of GIT/GIS implementation, define the background, carry out the analysis of the organizational needs and summarize the current situation in using the GIS/GIT. The Proposal addresses the detailed analysis of a data warehouse and software and hardware needs of the organization. In addition, the thesis deals with the organizational aspects of the proposed system. The basic underlying aspects of the presented solution include resource sharing and integration with other departments of the Fire and Rescue Service of the Czech Republic, Integrated Rescue System and public authorities. This document should serve as a conceptual basic material for related project documentation.
