Abstract

The topic of my bachelor ‘s thesis is to analyze the inernal audits of quality management system and find the opportunities for improvement out in the metallurgical enterprise. The main purpose of the thesis is to analyze, assess the current status of internal auditing in the company and to reach concrete improvement proposals. The first part of the thesis includes the theoretical description of the quality management system and its auditing, subsequently a more detailed description of internal auditing. In the second part there is the metallurgical enterprise introduced. It is the enterprise whose system of internal audits has been analyzed. This section also outlines in detail this analysis and the last part is devoted to concrete improvement proposals in certain areas.
