Abstract

The Master’s thesis deals with the analysis of employee satisfaction and motivation in company Edwards s.r.o. Based on the analysis and outputs of the survey, it recommends measures to increase motivation and job satisfaction. The theoretical part is devoted to a summary of the knowledge concerning the field of motivation and remuneration of employees.

The practical part deals with the survey among the employees and their evaluation. It contains an analysis of the current situation in the selected company, on the basis of which drafts of the existing system are being drafted. These proposals are financially evaluated.
