Abstract

The subject of this bachelor´s work is project of the apartment building in Opava Kylešovice on plot No. 2745/5. Object consist of five separate residential units on four different sizes. Work is composed of two parts: detailed documentation of the building including the summary and technical report; and architectural and technical solution of balcony outdoor railings and stairs to grand, its technical and workshop drawings and visualizations. Part of this work are energy-technical assessment of objects key structures, the financial calculation, part of projects development (developed in Ateliérova tvorba I) and poster. The scope of work is determined by supervisor and professional consultants. In preparition of the work was taken into account the current construction and architectural theory and practice.
