Vliv územní infrastruktury na zvládání mimořádných situací

Abstract

The thesis describes infrastructure influence on the contingency situations and on their coping. The first part of thesis explains term the territorial infrastructure and its splitting. Further it analyses the management of contingency situations and its particular phases. In the first part of protection we can find the way of preparation for the contingency situations in term of territorial planning, plan creation and various documentation. There is also clarified the role of integrated rescue system and surface cover of its basic elements. The other part describes the way of security system response, the role of officer in charge and operational and informative centre. The final part of the thesis deals with influecies of the particular infrastructures on contingency situations management and improvement suggestions.
