Identifikace tržního postavení finanční instituce

Abstract

The Bachelor's thesis contains a theoretical part, which offers explanations and descriptions of terms such as Enviromental analysis, Strategic analysis and methods of strategic analysis which are in this case PEST analysis, Porter's five forces model, Benchmarking and SWOT analysis. These methods are used in order to form an idea of the market position of a financial institution called MONETA Money Bank. These methods are applied in the practical part of the thesis, where we also come to the conclusion that the retail part of MONETA Money Bank is a highly competitive institution in the Czech financial sector and that MONETA can compete even with the biggest financial institutions on the market.
