Abstract
Objective of thesis „Redefining the Processes of Employee Selection and Adaptation in a Chosen Organization“ is analysis of current proces of selection and adaptation employess at concrete organization. Goal of this thesis is, with usage of analysis, to define possible deficiencies and then elaborate proposals and recommendations, which can lead to improve current process.
First part of thesis contains theoretical base of topic. Here are defined terms like a human resources management and personal activities, next is described process and individual methods of hiring candidates, selection of employees and then adaptation of employees.
In the second part is described characteristic of chosen organization and currently used process of selection and adaptation of employees, information’s are collected mainly from company owner, human resources manager employee and worker. .Question form method is used to collect data’s from company employees. Results of this thesis are proposals and recommendations, which could, according to author, lead to improvement of current process.
