This dissertation deals with problems of employees satisfaction. The main objective of my bachelor work is to provide the research and meanings of workers in relation to the corporration and their co-workers.

According to my theoretical and praktical knowledge I created these strategies to effectivly motivate the employees.

In conclusion dissertation I made out solution concepts for the improvement of the current situation. I hope, the concepts, my thesis contains, will be usefull for the management of the company.
