Územní studie průmyslové zóny Ostrava - Svinov

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je vyhodnotit možnosti využití zadané lokality v Ostravě - Svinově a ve variantách navrhnout optimální a komplexní řešení průmyslové zóny, které bude respektovat podstatné územní limity. Diplomová práce je zpracována v rozsahu 51 stran. Úvodní část je věnována teorii potřebné pro pochopení řešené problematiky. Na obecné kapitoly navazuje všestranný přehled současného stavu území a jeho limitujících prvků. Jádrem diplomové práce jsou dva urbanistické návrhy průmyslové zóny rozdělující lokalitu do tří funkčních celků. Varianty se odlišují jednak velikostí využité plochy, tak i návrhem protipovodňových opatření. Na základě celkového zhodnocení je vybrána jedna varianta pro podrobnější dopracování, která zahrnuje stanovení etapizace, návrh technické infrastruktury, návrh ploch zeleně a propočet nákladů. Vypracovaná územní studie dokazuje, že průmyslová zóna, tak jak je koncipována v diplomové práci, je vhodným záměrem pro vymezené území a správným krokem pro hospodářský rozvoj města Ostravy.

This dissertation aims to evaluate possible utilization of a complex usage of a locality in Ostrava – Svinov with several options to restoring of an industrial zone with a respect to important area limits. The numer of 51 pages covers the basic theory needed for a full understanding of the dilemma and after the introduction during the initial chapters the dissertation continues with overall survey about the present-day posture of the locality and describes its limiting factors. Then there are two urbanistic projects following that suggest posibilities of division the industrial area into three functional zones or areas, constructing the principle of the thesis. The two projects differ in elementary use of the area - the use of the the general space - and with proposals of the flood-protection of the locality as a whole. After the comprehensive estimation the final project is being selected and turned into a detailed work off. This concludes the works phasing assessment, the technical infrastructure proposal and the green surface and costing concept. Suitable for the territory, showing a full respect to the area, this territorial study evidences that the industry zone, as this dissertation introduces it in its new concept, is the right step for an economic expansion of the city of Ostrava.
