Využití laboratorní slévárenské linky s vakuovou pecí MC 15 pro výrobu drobných medailí a šperků

Abstract

The aim of the thesis is to apply the laboratory foundry production line with the vacuum furnace MC 15 on the production of tiny medals and jewels. The methods Rapid prototyping – 3D printer and casting of wax into a silicone form – have been used for these models. The plaster forms have been filled with the patterns. The optimal technique for the production and the adjustment of patterns, forms, technological process of preparation of a form for pouring and the pouring itself have been found when searching the solution. Casts with the minimum demands for finishing touches are the result.
