Benchmarking vybraných průmyslových podniků

Abstract

The goal of the diploma thesis is to realize benchmarking of the five chosen industrial enterprises from the mining environment. The aim of this benchmarking is to compare each of selected companies with others and on the basis of that to determine order of the chosen corporations. The thesis is divided into two main parts (theoretical and practical). The first part deals with a short describe of the chosen enterprises, benchmarking theory and bacTěround for the application of the mathematical-statistical methods into the benchmarking. The second part is devoted to benchmarking realization, application of the mathematically statistical methods, final ranking of selected companies and drawing up suggestions and recommendations which could help each of the selected companies improve their current position or stabilize it.
