Abstract

The competition of radio stations on the regional market in relation to Hitradio Orion is the subject of this bachelor thesis. The purpose of the thesis is to map up to date situation on the market, preferences and deficiences of the individual competitors and perception of Hitradio Orion by respondents. Competition analysis, Porter¨s Five Forces of Competitive Position Model, SWOT analysis and PEST analysis is teoretical base of the thesis. Question-form evaluation, subsequent recommendations and propositions for Hitradio Orion forms the practical part of the thesis.
