Návrh řešení rekonstrukce lokálního zdroje vytápění ve vybrané společnosti

Abstract

Tématem diplomové práce je posouzení alternativ řešení rekonstrukce lokálního zdroje vytápění, který provozuje společnost Veolia Energie ČR, a.s. v rámci služeb zákazníkům. Cílem práce je ekonomické hodnocení zvolených možností investičního záměru a doporučení konkrétního řešení. Teoretická část práce se zabývá problematikou investičního rozhodování. V praktické části je nejprve popsán stav kotelny před rekonstrukcí, včetně vyčíslení nákladů na provoz. Následuje technický popis zvažovaných alternativ řešení, spolu se stanovením investičních a provozních nákladů. Dále jsou jednotlivé varianty posouzeny pomocí vybraných metod hodnocení efektivnosti investic. Na základě výsledků je závěrem vybrána a doporučena nejvhodnější varianta řešení investičního záměru.

The topic of the thesis is the assessment of alternatives to the reconstruction of the local heating source operated by Veolia Energie ČR, a.s. customer service. The aim of this work is the economic evaluation of selected investment plan options and recommendation of a specific solution. The theoretical part of the thesis deals with investment decision-making. In the practical part there is at first described the state of the boiler room before reconstruction, including the calculation of operating costs. This is followed by a technical description of the alternatives of possible solutions, together with the determination of investment and operating costs. Furthermore, the individual options are assessed using selected methods of investment efficiency evaluation. Based on the results, the most suitable option of the investment project solution is selected and recommended.
