Abstract

Thesis Supervisor: Ing. Filip Čmiel Ph.D. This bachelor’s thesis focuses on the preparation of project documentation for the construction of an apartment building in Ostrava, designed in accordance with the requirements of Decree No. 131/2024 Coll. The apartment building is designed as a four-story structure without a basement, including eleven residential units. The thesis is structured as a two-part work, consisting of a textual part and a drawing part. The textual part focuses on the preparation of a technical report and a thermal-technical assessment of the flat roof structure and the structural design of a selected load-bearing element – a monolithic reinforced concrete staircase. The drawing part includes architectural and construction-technical drawings, along with specifications and element schedules prepared in compliance with the requirements for construction execution documentation.
