Abstract

This bachelor thesis will deal with the analysis of the housing market. The main objective of the thesis will be to find out whether the flats are currently available for households. For this purpose, the first part will serve as a theoretical basis for the actual analysis. This analysis, based on a comparison of prices and shares, will be carried out in detail in the second part. The comparison will be made by years or regions. The analysis of the current housing market will provide an indication of the extent to which the housing is available to households and the prediction of market developments.
