Abstract

The aim of the diploma thesis is to develop a design proposal for a 7 storey parking house with a pharmacy in the range for a building permit, thermal assessment of external walls, energy label of the building envelope and static calculation of stairs depending on the overall building. Static review is processed for reinforced concrete of molitic starirs with thickness 170 mm. The skeleton will be made of a reinforced concrete monolithic structure. A special feature of the building will be the foundation in depth in the built-up area. It will be necessary to use the so-called Milan walls for deep foundations. Diploma thesis in the scope of documentation for a building permit. Part of the work is the thermal technical assessment of peripheral structures, energy label of the building's performance and static calculation with the assessment of structural element stairs.
