Abstract
The aim of this thesis was to determine the satisfaction of employees in a selected physical activity organization focused on children's activity. The organization The Little Gym Ostrava was selected for this thesis. Interviews and questionnaires helped to examine the overall satisfaction of employees with their work. Based on the data obtained, specific recommendations are formulated, the aim of which is to increase employee satisfaction and overall work activity.
