Abstract
The aim of this thesis is identify business processes in the company, create process maps and then analyze them. Based on an analysis of the current state processes are identified deficiencies and weaknesses in each process. In conclusion, proposals for the improvement of selected business processes are submitted. The first part of the thesis describes the theoretical background of process management.
