Abstract
The thesis on the topic of Strategic business management in conditions of crisis is engaged in a process of Strategic business management and corporate strategy in the period of crisis, defines the Crisis process and strategies for Crisis management. The main goal of this work is to present the causes of the crisis, noted the tools available to solve crisis situations and in particular to point out a key role of the personality of the Manager in the formation and the solution of the crisis, including the importance of Crisis communication. In the practical part of the thesis there are presented the current examples of external and internal crisis and their solutions.
