Abstract

This bachelor thesis relates to energy use of residues from forest harvesting. Describes what are renewable energy sources and how they can be used. It states how logging is and what technological methods of logging are used. I devote mining machine harvesters, its procedures and mechanisms. The second part includes a description of the methods of the preparation of forest logging residues and their subsequent use of energy.
