Marcela Halířová, Ph.D. The aim of this diploma thesis was to create project documentation of a residential building for the implementation of the construction according to Decree No. 405/2017 Coll., which amends Decree No. 499/2006 Coll., on documentation of buildings as amended by Decree No. 62/2013 Coll. and according to Act No. 183/2006 Coll., Amendment No. 225/2017 Coll., Building Act as amended. The residential building is designed as a five-storey, non-basement building. This thesis includes an energy label of the building, a thermal technical assessment of the building envelope and a structural assessment of the Spiroll ceiling panel.
