Abstract
The aim of the diploma thesis is to determine the influence of benefit remuneration on employee satisfaction. The current benefit rewards offered by employers on the domestic market are analyzed in the given issue. The main reason for creating a job is to find out what effect employee benefits have on satisfaction, or to find reasons for dissatisfaction. Data for the elaboration of the work were obtained by means of a questionnaire survey and then processed in the programs MS Excel and SPSS Statistic.
Based on the analysis of data, proposals and recommendations were made to increase employee satisfaction for domestic companies. The proposals and recommendations concern regular analysis of satisfaction, providing up-to-date information to employees and improving the quality of the work environment.
