Výběr optimálního spotřebitelského úvěru v České republice pro vybraného klienta

Abstract

This bachelor's thesis focuses on the selection of the optimal consumer loan in the Czech Republic for a selected client. The aim of the thesis is to compare loan products offered by selected banks using multi-criteria decision-making methods. The weights of the criteria were determined using the scoring method, the Saaty method and the Fuller method, while the evaluation of alternatives was carried out using the AHP and TOPSIS methods. The analysis includes eight banking institutions whose loan offers are based on predefined criteria. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics of consumer loans, their parameters, and the legislative framework. In the practical part, individual alternatives are assessed using multi-criteria analysis and subsequently compared. The result is the identification of the most suitable loan for the selected client and an evaluation of the impact of the applied methods on the decision-making process.
