Vývoj a implementace systému pro kalibraci tenzometrických senzorů s využitím kalibračního stroje

Abstract

This diploma thesis focuses on the design and implementation of a system for the calibration of strain gauge force sensors using the Inspekt 600 kN (P.U.M.A.) testing machine. The aim was to verify the accuracy and stability of selected industrial sensors by comparing their output with the reference force generated by the calibration machine. The proposed measurement system uses two independent branches – the reference branch of the testing machine and the strain‑gauge branch based on the NI CompactDAQ platform – which enables objective comparison of measurements without mutual interference. The loading profiles were controlled using the LabMaster software, while signal acquisition was carried out in the LabVIEW environment. For data processing, an analytical application in Python was developed to ensure signal synchronization, identification of stable loading intervals, and calculation of calibration characteristics. Experimental measurements were performed with the Dini Argeo CPX 100 t and Zemic BM14A 60 t sensors in the range of 8–600 kN. The results demonstrated a strong dependence of accuracy on the applied load and revealed differences between the declared and actual sensor parameters. The proposed system proved to be an effective tool for laboratory calibration of strain gauge sensors in medium and high load ranges.
