Abstract
The main task of this diploma thesis is applying financial analysis to a particular company, analysing its stability, profitability, activity, solidity and indebtedness. Determine companys value and provide total financial overview of companys health and prosperity. Proposals and recommendations for next possible heading of the company are carried out on basics of the results of analysis.
