The task of the bachelor thesis is the preparation of an investment project for construction of an administrative building for the operation of driving school and the management of a trainig area in the premises of Physical Education Unit in Moravská Ostrava. The thesis deals with the design of a modular administrative building with a training area in the scope of a volumetric study. The design of the solution is prepared with regard to the actual condition and limits of the area under consideration. The volumetric study invludes the solution of the connection to the technical infrastructure, transport infrastructure and the creation of an indicatiove calculation of the costs for the implementation of the project and the operation of the building. The work is concluded with an overview of the project financing options.
