Abstract

This bachelor work is dealing with analysis of buyer’s attitudes towards foreign e-shops. On-line shopping is more and more popular not only in the Czech Republic but also in Europe and all over the world. Consumers are shopping on e-shops especially because of wider range of products and lower prices. Data collecting was realized through electronic questioning, the questionnaire contained 16 questions created using ABC method. Following analysis was realized in computer program IBM SPSS Statistics. On this research participated 340 valid respondents, represented by 50,6 % men and 49,4 % women. More than 96 % respondents have positive experiences with shopping on foreign e-shops, they mostly buy clothing or electronics and spend amount up to 500 CZK for one average order. The majority of respondents are buying goods from China, primarily on e-shops Aliexpress and eBay. For buyers are the most important verification of e-shop, product price and their own previous experiences.
