Abstract

In this diploma paper I am analysing electromagnetic field of inductor and melt for specific type of induction furnace with size, current range and material melt properties terms. In first part is generally summary of induction heating principles and showing generally aplication of induction heating. In next chapters is summary of types, properties, use and sources of induction heating furnaces. Part is also a generally acceptanced physical properties, which are interpret principles of induction heating. Most important part of my work is induction furnace self analyse, which is split to static 3D analyse and harmonic 2D analyse. Results are demonstrated in graphs and table form.
