Abstract

The main topic of the diploma thesis is Business Ethics in the Alumarc s. r. o. Company. In the company I investigated, how it solve ethical problems in practice and how it deals with its stakeholders, particularly focusing on corporate staff. In the first part, I describe the basic terms concerning in ethics and ethical behaviour in the corporate environment. Here I deal with business ethics from its development to the ethical problems and situations which can be show up in the implementing ethics to the business. In the second part, I characterize the chosen company and make the analysis of the ethical behaviour of the company to its stakeholders on the strength of concrete information, that I obtained by means of the interview with the manager of this company, observation method and analysis of internal company documents. Finally, I make recommendations and measures to solve the actual problems. These suggestions and recommendations can be used by company in the practice.
