Technické a technologické zabezpečení transportu kolesového rýpadla

Abstract

V této bakalářské práci jsem zpracoval a vyhodnotil demontáž, transport z lomu Tušimice do lomu Bílina, následnou montáž a současně konstrukční modernizaci kolesového rypadla KU 300 a návrh jiné možné varianty tohoto řešení. Úvodní část mé bakalářské práce je zaměřena na technický popis KU 300, jeho demontáž, rizika a potíže s tím spojené, dále je uvedena přeprava, montáž a opět rizika a potíže spojená s touto etapou. Další část je zaměřena na technický popis konstrukční modernizace kolesového rypadla KU 300, jeho začlenění do systému těžby na SD, as. Doly Bílina, pracovní prostředí a technické parametry. Dále jsou popsána možná rizika navrženého postupu řešení. Na závěr je shrnuto navržené řešení a uvedeno zdůvodnění jeho výběru.

In this work I processed and assessed the removal, transportation from quarry Tušimice to quarry Bílina, followed by assembly and modernization of KU 300 excavator and other possible variants of this solution. Introductory part of my work is focused on the technical description of the KU 300, his disassembly and risk-related problems, as indicated transportation and installation of back-risks and difficulties associated with this stage. Another section focuses on the technical description of the structural modernization of the KU 300 excavator - its integration into the mining SD a.s. Doly Bilina, working environment and technical parameters. The following describes the different possible variants of this solution. Finally, it summarizes the proposed resolution and stated reasons for his choice
